By using BINZAAR products or services, you agree to the following:
Products & Access:
- All digital products (guides, audio, worksheets) are for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared publicly.
- Voice sessions are single-use and tied to the account that purchased them.
- All content is protected by copyright and owned by BINZAAR.
AI Voice Sessions:
- Voice sessions are powered by AI and provide educational, evidence-based guidance — they are not therapy, counseling, or medical advice.
- Session summaries and transcripts are stored securely and accessible only to you.
- If our system detects signs of crisis, it will surface professional crisis resources. In an emergency, always contact local emergency services.
- Sessions may be recorded for quality and safety purposes. Recordings are encrypted and never shared with third parties.
Your Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for your own wellbeing and should seek professional help where needed.
- Do not share account credentials. Each account is for individual use.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or repurpose the AI system or its responses.
Platform:
- BINZAAR reserves the right to update content, pricing, and policies at any time.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior toward the AI system.
Refund Policy
7-Day Guide: We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you've genuinely worked through the material and it hasn't helped, email help@binzaar.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number. We'll process your refund within 5–7 business days — no hoops, no hassle.
Voice Sessions:
- Before starting: Unused voice sessions are fully refundable at any time. Just email us.
- After starting: Once a session begins, it cannot be refunded — the AI resources are allocated in real-time. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents your session from working properly, we'll credit your account with a replacement session.
- Unlimited plan: Cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds, but you'll never be charged again after cancellation.
When we can't offer refunds:
- Requests made after 7 days of the guide purchase date.
- Accounts with a pattern of repeated purchase-and-refund behavior.
- Evidence of content redistribution or unauthorized sharing.
We believe in our products. If something isn't working for you, reach out — we'd rather help you get results than process a refund.
